India is a very rich country in food, with various festivals and dishes. I am proud of the culture of our country. Tilak is also very proud of his food. Mizoram is a state in the North East of India. The food of this state has its own form. The people here pay more attention to their own vegetables. Mizoram uses less spicy food. Like North East India, Mizoram is a rice-dominated state. The people of Mizoram often eat on palm leaves during the festival. The state mainly eats meat, fish and vegetables, while Mizoram uses ginger, garlic, and cardimom as spices. Some of the famous dishes of Mizoram are as follows.

1. Bai
Bai is a popular dish in Mizoram, it is made by boiling vegetables and meat. It is tasty and delicious to eat and is found all over Mizoram. It is a traditional dish, associated with festivals, weddings etc.

As Mizoram is rich in food, this bai food is very famous here bt it 's not found in the rest of India , it is also said to be a staple food.

2. Koat Pitha- 
Koat Pitha is a dish made by mixing rice flour and bananas. It is made by mixing bananas with rice flour, shaping them into small balls, making them like dough, and frying them in oil. It is consumed with tea and snacks. This dish is also very popular in Mizoram, almost homemade. When guests come to the festival house, this loken dish is involved.

3/ Vawksa Rep
In Mizoram, vawksa rep has a place as a special dish, and a traditional one. Pork is a unique dish of the people of Mizoram. Vawksa rep requires dried pork ,which makes the pork curry a radical original taste. Cut the meat into small pieces and then add spices like garlic, ginger, etc. This dish is popular in Mizoram, this dish is often found in homes and festivals. It is a dish often found in the kitchens of the Mizoram people. Not only in Mizoram, also popular dish in North East India, included on the menu in some restaurants.

4/ Bamboo shoots - 
Bamboo shoots curry is a staple food of Mizoram, native bamboo shoots are traditionally cooked in Mizoram. This dish is also very popular in Mizoram. The curry is usually mixed with garlic, ginger, onion, etc., then fried. Now all kinds of spices are added to it.
